Our Mission
Building the next generation of Arizona golf industry professionals
Golf Industry Futures Arizona was founded on the belief that the golf industry in Arizona has extraordinary potential — and that potential is best realized when the right people are connected, informed, and working together.
Born from the Industry Futures family of brands, we serve the unique and growing golf market in the Southwest. Our anchor program is a high school internship pipeline — identifying students across Arizona who are curious about careers in golf and connecting them directly to the industry through the Arizona Golf House (AGH).

Selected students are invited to a one-day orientation at the Arizona Golf House, featuring a panel of industry leaders from Arizona Alliance for Golf member organizations.

Arizona Alliance for Golf
The Arizona Alliance for Golf (AAG) unifies local allied associations, non-profits, private industry, and consumers to speak with one voice for Arizona's golf industry. Their member organizations form the panel at our AGH orientation days — giving students direct access to the full breadth of the industry.
Arizona's golf industry generates $6 billion in economic activity, supports 66,200 jobs, and serves 16.6 million golf rounds annually — all while using just 2% of the state's daily water supply.
