Our Anchor Program
Connecting Arizona high school students to real careers in the golf industry — through a one-day orientation at the Arizona Golf House.
The Program
Golf Industry Futures Arizona, through in collaboration with the Arizona Golf House (AGH), reaches out to high schools and school districts across Arizona to identify students who are curious about careers in the golf industry.
Selected students are invited to a one-day orientation at AGH — a hands-on, immersive experience featuring a panel of industry leaders from organizations represented in the Arizona Alliance for Golf.
The goal is simple: show students that the golf industry is a real, viable, and exciting career path — and give them the connections to pursue it.

Students arrive at the Arizona Golf House and meet program coordinators, industry mentors, and fellow participants.
A panel of golf industry leaders from Arizona Alliance for Golf member organizations share their career journeys and insights.
